Sarah Tynan graduated from the
Royal Academy of Music in 2003, where she was awarded the DipRAM for
an ouitstanding Final Recital and the Quenn's Commendation for Excellence
for the best all-round student of the year.
Even before the completion of her studies she already began to make
an impact on the operatic world singing Iphis in the Welsh National Opera's
at short notice. She is currently a member of English National Opera's
"Young Singers' Programme". She recently made her ENO debut singing
the role of Papagena in The Magic Flute and Titania in Britten's Midsummer's
Nights Dream
